On August 14, 2020, Movimiento Tricolor (MTC) hosted its first Dominican Restoration Day in Camden, NJ. Dominican Restoration Day is a cultural festival open to the public of all ages with live performances, on-site social services and resources, and small business vendors. In its first year, the event hosted over 300 attendees. After seeing the outpouring of support of the community at-large from the event, MTC recognized the need to continue the work of uniting and empowering the Dominican community and community at-large.
Mission
To provide services and resources to address the social and economic barriers facing the Dominican community and community at-large.
Vision
To unite the diverse Dominican diaspora and community at-large to create a supportive hub to increase their social and economic development
